Our Old English sausages achieved a Bpex regional roadshows 2012 - 2013 Pork product excellence award. Gold award for Old English sausages. We are proud of these sausages, try them for yourselves and experience the taste of heaven.
We recommend that when cooking sausages you either shallow fry or grill, turning throughout.
Cooking time will vary depending on the size of the sausgae and should be cooked at a medium heat to ensure that they are cooked through.
Ensure that sausages are no longer pink in the centre to confirm that they are cooked with the outer skin of the sausage browned to taste.
We are proud of our sasages and their flavours and so they are great as they are, although make a fantastic casserole, or the winning accompinment to any barbecue, bangers and mash or fry up.
