These pork and leek sausages provide a really classic taste and are amazing with creamy mash and gravy. A real comfort food for you and your friends.
We recommend that when cooking sausages you either shallow fry or grill, turning throughout.
Cooking time will vary depending on the size of the sausgae and should be cooked at a medium heat to ensure that they are cooked through.
Ensure that sausages are no longer pink in the centre to confirm that they are cooked with the outer skin of the sausage browned to taste.
We are proud of our sasages and their flavours and so they are great as they are, although make a fantastic casserole, or the winning accompaniment to any barbecue, bangers and mash or fry up.
